Postgraduate studies in Franchise Management include the development of business and strategic competencies and mastering the comprehensive tools necessary for franchise leaders in the construction and market expansion of enterprises.

Classes are held once or twice a month, on Fridays from 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Course lasts for 2 days (each about 6 hours) and covers following subjects:

AI Business Forum: B2B Marketing is the fifth edition of the AI ​​Business Forum conference, this time dedicated to the use of artificial intelligence in marketing, sales, and building a competitive advantage for B2B companies.

This event is for marketing directors, team leaders, B2B marketing specialists, and those responsible for lead generation, campaigns, content, CRM, marketing automation, and sales collaboration. The conference showcases AI not as a set of individual tools, but as a new way of working for marketing and sales teams.

In B2B, marketing and sales cannot operate in isolation. Business customers increasingly analyze the market independently, use AI tools, compare suppliers, and make many decisions before speaking with a salesperson. Therefore, effective B2B marketing today must not only build brand visibility but also understand purchasing intent, support sales, and help companies quickly convert interest into a viable pipeline.

The second day of the event will be a hands-on training session with workshops. The second day will demonstrate how to begin implementing this change in practice – step by step, taking into account the realities of marketing teams integrating strategy with daily operations.
